Never meditated before until about three months ago when I got really stressed. Meditation does help calm you down so I recommend everybody tries it!

I started to do daily meditation to cope with post traumatic stress disorder and it was so beneficial that I was able to not be medicated. It does a lot for your mental, physical and spiritual health.
